摘要
基于1：5万地形图矢量数据、1：25万协同图数据特点，本文设计了电子地图集的体系结构，论述了电子地图集制作的关键技术，介绍了电子地图集的基本功能。
This paper, has designed the framework of electronic atlas based on the characteristics of the topographic vector map data of the scale of 1：50000 and the operational map data of scale 1：250000. And then,the key technologies for producing electronic atlas are discussed. Finally, the basic functions of the atlas are described.
