三峡区域经济发展的现状与对策研究

On the Current Situation of Economic Development in the Three Gorges Region and Its Countermeasures

近年来,三峡区域经济发展较快,农业、工业、城镇化、移民迁建、就业形势、城乡人民生活水平等方面都呈现出和谐发展的良好态势。但是也存在着资源分割、产业空虚化、城乡经济发展不平衡、竞争力不强、经济发展边缘化等问题。在“十一五”新的历史时期,构建以水电业、旅游业、汽车制造业等为经济优势和特色的全新经济区域,对于推进本地区经济社会发展,乃至协调整个国民经济健康稳定和可持续发展具有重要的意义。

In recent years the economy in the three gorges region has been developing at a very fast pace. A favorable and harmonious developing trend has been shown in agriculture, industry, town expansion, immigrant construction, employment, the living standard of the urban and rural people. However, some problems have existed, for example, the division of resources, the hollowness of industry, the imbalance of economic development between urban and rural area, the weak competition force and the marginalization of economic deyelopment. It is of great importance to develop some advantageous and characteristic industries such as water and electricity, tourism and auto manufacturing in the region in the new period of the eleventh five years, which is favorable for the development of the local economy and society and the development of a healthy sustainable national economy.
