在当今国际贸易中,保险合同往往作为买卖合同的从合同产生。而根据INCOTERMS2000的规定,不同的贸易术语对于购买保险的权利、责任和义务的规定是不同的。这其中涉及到被保险人对保险标的是否具有保险利益,以及如何确认这部分利益,保险利益与提单、信用证和合同效力的关系。

In international trade, insurance contract should always be in accordance with sales contract. According to INCOTERM2000, the duty, fights and responsibilities stipulated by different trade terms is different to one another. If an insurance holder is entitled to insurance interest, how to decide and clarify the interest is critical to deal with the legal affairs arising from the sales contract. The interest is also linked with bill of lading, credit letter and effectiveness of contract.
