三联疗法治疗Hp阳性十二指肠球部溃疡25例疗效观察

摘要 幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染是导致十二指肠球部溃疡（DU）致病及复发的重要原因，根除Hp能促进溃疡的愈合和显著降低溃疡复发。抗Hp治疗目前主要采取三联疗法，即1种质子泵抑制剂（PPI），加用2种抗生素（阿莫西林、克拉霉素或甲硝唑）。克拉霉素价格昂贵，甲硝唑副反应大，耐药现象严重，寻找PPI三联的不同组合是临床反复推敲的重点。本组25例经胃镜诊断Hp阳性的十二指肠球部溃疡病人，用耐信等3种药物1周疗法取得了显著疗效，现报告如下。
