摘要
目的:探讨家兔梭曼中毒后肝脏自由基损伤情况及研究紫外线照射充氧自血回输(ultraviolet blood irradiation andoxygenation,UBIO)的保护作用。方法:健康家兔100只随机分为5组,每组20只,雌雄不拘,包括正常对照组、中毒组、常规治疗组、UBIO治疗组及UBIO联合常规治疗(复合治疗)组,连续观察14天,记录家兔存活率,检测肝组织中总抗氧化力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶SOD、过氧化氢酶CAT、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px),谷胱甘肽转硫酶GST活性及丙二醛MDA含量。结果:家兔梭曼中毒后肝脏T-AOC、SOD、GSH-Px、GST活性明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01),而CAT活性及MDA含量明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。在经UBIO治疗或复合治疗后,肝组织中T-AOC、SOD、GSH-Px、CAT、GST活性明显高于(P<0.05),而MDA含量明显低于中毒组(P<0.01)。结论:家兔梭曼中毒后可引起肝脏自由基损伤,UBIO治疗有明显的保护作用,因而可以用于急性梭曼中毒的治疗或辅助治疗。
Objective: To investigate the liver free radical injury induced by acute soman intoxication in rabbits and the protective effects of ultraviolet blood irradiation and oxygenation UBIO. Methods: One hundred healthy rabbits were randomly divided into five groups,including normal control, intoxication ,routine therapy, UBIO therapy and UBIO therapy combined routine therapy (compound therapy)group. Investigate continuously for 14d,the livability of rabbits was recorded. The activity of superoxide dismutase SOD, catalase CAT,glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),glutathione-S-transferase GST, total antioxidative capacity (T-AOC) and the concentration ofmalondiadehyde MDA in liver tissue were determined respectively. Results: The activities of liver T-AOC,SOD,GSH-Px,GST in intoxication group were lower than those of control group (P 〈0. 01 ),but the activity of CAT and the concentration of MDA were higher than those of control group (P 〈0.01 ). After UBIO therapy or compound therapy, the activities of T-AOC, SOD, GSH-Px, CAT, GST were higher than those of intoxication group (P 〈0.05),but concentration of MDA was lower than that of intoxication group (P 〈0.01 ). Conclusions: Soman intoxication can induce liver free radical injury in rabbits, UBIO therapy had obviously protective effect, and it can be used as a treatment or an adjuvant treatment for acute soman intoxication.
