摘要 目的:研制一个可干预细胞增殖、分化研究用的脉冲微电流刺激器。方法:由直流供电电源、占空比和频率可调的输出正负矩形波振荡器及恒流源组成电路。结果:经试验证明,电路的占空比可调,频率可在1Hz~10Hz之间可调,电流可在0μA~1100μA之间可调。结论:可以满足研究需要。 Objective: To develop a pulsed alternating microcurrent stimulator which can be applied to intervene cell multiplication and differentiation. Methods: The circuit consists of a direct current electrical source, an unsymmetrical square wave oscillators in which duty-cycle and frequency was adjustable and a constant current source. Results: The results showed that the duty-cycle was adjustable, while the circuit frequency was adjustable within 1Hz~10 Hz and the current was adjustable within 0 mA~1100 mA. Conclusions: the circuit can satisfy the need of the research work.
