摘要
研究银与明胶在pH8发生反应,形成的复合物经抗坏血酸还原形成淡黄色液体,在415nm波长处有最大吸收峰,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.2×10^4L.mol^-1·cm^-1银含量在0~20μg/mL范围内服从比尔定律.此方法用于废水中微量银的测定。
The interaction of silver with gelatin in KH2 PO4 - NaOH buffer solution at pH8 has been studied, the complex is reduced by ascorbic acid to form faint yellow solution and the absorption maximum is at 415nm, its molar absorptivity is 1.2 × 10^4L· mol^-1 · cm^-1. Berr's law is obeyed over the range of 0 -200μg silver per 10ml. The method has been used to determine microamounts of silver in waste water with satisfactorv results.
