基于ANSYS齿轮双啮仪的智能化改造中的支架设计

摘要 利用ANSYS有限元数值模拟技术,可以减少设计成本,缩短设计和分析的循环周期,增加产品和工程的可靠性;ANSYS还可以进行模拟试验和分析,进行机械事故分析和查找事故原因等。本文在齿轮双啮仪的智能化改造中,对用于支撑电机的“支撑架零件”设计进行了分析,利用大型通用软件ANSYS模拟支撑架的受力情况,使支撑架在满足使用要求的基础上,经济地使用材料,避免设计出的零件考虑不周全,顾此失彼。 Using the ANSYS finite element numerical simulation technology may reduce the design costs, shorten design and analysis cycle period, increase products and projects reliability; ANSYS also may carry on the simulation experiment and analyze, carry on the machine accident analysis and search cause of the accident and so on.. In the redesigned of the Intelligence Transform of Dual-flank Mesh Gear Tester, the paper analyses the design of the bracket used in supported the electrical machinery and simulates the carriage the stress situation by ANSYS. The bracket can save the materials based on complying with the usage requirements. Biased design can be avoided.
