Poroid hidradenoma： a ease report

报告1例Poroid汗腺腺瘤。患者女，53岁。右手背肿块2个月，无自觉症状。组织病理显示，真皮内有一境界清楚的肿瘤，由囊腔和团块组成，团块由两种细胞构成，并可见向管腔分化。免疫组化显示肿瘤细胞CK阳性，管腔CK、CK7、EMA阳性。本病是汗孔瘤的一种，和其他类型的汗孔瘤是谱系的关系。

The first case ofporoid hidradenoma is reported in China. A 53-year-old woman presented with an asymptomatic tumor on the back of the right hand for two months. Histopathology showed a tumor with solid and cystic components in the dermis, which was composed of two kinds cells. Ductal differentiation was also showed, lmmunohistochemical studies showed positive CK staining in tumor cells, and CK, CK7 and EMA staining in the duct. In combination of the features of the case, the literatures were reviewed. The patient was diagnosed as poroid hidradenoma, a type ofporoma.
