结缔组织生长因子与皮肤纤维化疾病

摘要 结缔组织生长因子可能是决定纤维化进程的一个决定性因素,它具有促进细胞增殖和细胞外基质的合成与聚集、介导细胞黏附、刺激细胞迁移等作用。在纤维化组织中高表达。与硬皮病、病理性瘢痕等皮肤纤维化疾病的发生发展有着密切的关系。以结缔组织生长因子作为特异性靶位将为纤维化疾病的治疗开辟一个新的领域。 Connective tissue growth factor ( CTGF ) may be a key determinant of progressive fibrosis. It can promote cell proliferation, extracellular matrix synthesis and accumulation, mediate cell adhesion and migration. CTGF is overexpressed in fibrotic tissue . It is closely associated with the occurrence and development of fibrotic skin diseases such as scleroderma and pathological scar, et al. Taking CTGF as a distinctive target will explore a new approach for the treatment of fibrotic diseases.
