摘要
中国企业特别是中国的民营企业在“走出去”战略的影响下，对越南的投资大幅增加。据越南官方统计，2003年我对越投资61个项目，协议金额1.38亿美元，在当年对越投资的国家和地区中列第四位，也是我国对越南投资首次突破1亿美元。截至2003年底，我国在越南累计投资金额已超过5亿美元，在64个对越投资的国家和地区中列居第16位。
As a positive outcome of the ＂Go Global＂ （overseas investing） strategy of China, Chinese enterpnses, especially those private ones, have sped up their investment in Viet Nam. Statistics from competent department of Viet Nam showed that, In 2003, China has invested in 61 proiects in Viet Nam. with a contractual volume of USD138 million, which made China the 4th largest Investor in Viet Nam among other counterparts.
