血管内皮生长因子受体3抗体用于乳腺癌微淋巴管密度检测

摘要 作者采用免疫组化法，以血管内皮生长因子受体-3（vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-3 ,VEGFR-3，又称FLT-4）为标记物，检测乳腺癌组织内微淋巴管密度（microlymphatic density，MID），研究其与增殖期细胞核抗原（ proliferating cell nuclear antigen, PCNA）蛋白及临床病理因素之间的相关性。
