血管内皮生长因子受体3抗体用于乳腺癌微淋巴管密度检测

摘要 作者采用免疫组化法,以血管内皮生长因子受体-3(vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-3 ,VEGFR-3,又称FLT-4)为标记物,检测乳腺癌组织内微淋巴管密度(microlymphatic density,MID),研究其与增殖期细胞核抗原( proliferating cell nuclear antigen, PCNA)蛋白及临床病理因素之间的相关性。
