摘要
投资决策是房地产投资经营活动中的一项极其重要的工作，使用计算机辅助决策支持系统能有效地提高房地产经营管理人员的决策能力和决策水平。介绍了在ＦｏｘＢＡＳＥ＋Ｖ２．１０环境下开发出的房地产投资决策支持系统——ＲＥＩＤＳＳ的结构、功能。
Investment decision is very important in real estate investment and management activities.The decision capability and decision level of mangers in real estate can be imporved effectively by using computer assisted decision support system .It is discussed that, structure,function,operational environment and character of real estate investment decision support system developed in FoxBASE +2.1in detail.
