摘要
采用分光光度法测定垂头菊中芦丁的含量；结果表明，吸光度在0．180～0.732范围内呈良好的线形关系，相关系数为0.9998。芦丁回收率为101％，RSD为0．66％（n=6） 。
In this article, the content of flavonoid in Flos Cremanthodii was determined by spectmphotography method. The result showed that there was a good linear relationship at the range of 0.180-0.732. The relative coefficient was 0.999 8. The recovery rate of rutin was 101% ,and the RSD was 0.66% （n = 6）.
