摘要
采用超声波法提取了小茴香挥发油,通过正交设计及二次回归方程优化了提取工艺,考察了超声提取时间、温度2个因素对挥发油提取量的影响;并将挥发油应用到农业常见28种致病真菌上,研究其抗菌活性。结果表明,当采用100 g小茴香,超声处理33 min,温度51℃时,挥发油提取量达8.78ml;小茴香挥发油具有较好的杀菌抑菌效果。
Ultrasonic was used to extract the volatile oil of Foenieulum vulgare Mill and the extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal secondary design regression equation. The effect of ultrasonic time and temperature on the extraction amount of the volatile oil was studied. The volatile oil was used in common 28 epiphytes appeared in agriculture and the antibacterial activity was studied. Results showed that the extraction amount of volatile oil was up to 8.78 ml by using 100 g Foenieulum vulgare, ultrasonic treatment for 33 min at 51℃ .The volatile oil of Foenieulum vulgare had good sterilization effect.
