黄褐裸盖伞驯化栽培及子实体形态多态性研究

Studies on Domestication Culture and Polymorphisms of Sporocarps of Psilocybe fasciata

用8种培养基进行了黄褐裸盖伞子实体培养研究,同时观察了人工培养子实体的形态多态性。结果表明,黄褐裸盖伞在多种天然和半合成培养基上都可良好生长和结实,其中土豆系列培养基非常适合黄褐裸盖伞菌丝体生长和结实;人工培养出现4种不同形态的子实体:正常子实体、小型子实体、花椰菜状子实体和无分化子实体。

The studies with 8 kinds of media showed that Psilocybe fasciata could be good for vegetative growth and fructification on multi-kinds of natural and half-compound media, in which the series of potato-contained media were suitable for vegetative growth and fructification of Psilocybefasciata. 4 types of sporocarps with different morphology （normal sporocarps, small sporocarps, cabbage-like sporocarps and undifferential ones） were appeared in manual culture.
