摘要
以河南烟区为例，建立了定量评价烟叶质量的指标体系，用模糊数学中的指数和法和主成分分析法对2004年河南烟叶质量可用性进行了综合评价。结果表明：河南烟叶外观质量较好，物理特性和感观质量中等，化学成分尚欠协调；烟叶质量综合得分为72.37，变幅为64.94～77．74。71．05％的烟样得分在70～80之间，其余的烟样得分处于60-70之间。
Taking Henan tobacco region as a case, the index system for evaluating tobacco quality quantitatively was established, and the comprehensive evaluation of quality usability of Henan tobacco in 2004 was carried out by index sum method and principal component analysis, The results indicated that Henan tobacco leaves had the characteristics of good appearance quality, medium physical and sensory property, and a little unbalanced chemical components, The comprehensive score of tobacco quality was 72.37, with the range of 64.94 - 77.74. 71.05 % samples had the score of 70- 80, and the rest had the score of 60 - 70,
