城市化背景下乡村聚落空间演变特征研究

Rural Settlement Spatial Evolution Types and Features in Urbanization

城市化进程的快速推进给城市空间带来显著变化的同时,也对乡村聚落空间产生了不同程度的冲击和影响。指出城市化对乡村聚落空间演变的影响因素主要体现在城市用地扩张、城乡人口流动、产业结构变化、基础设施建设以及居民观念转变等方面,同时根据自身发展趋向与城乡空间演变特征的差异性,将乡村聚落空间演变的类型归纳为主动型、被动型和消极型,并对其发展演变特征分别进行总结分析。

Rapid urbanization not only brings significant changes in urban space, but also has different influences on rural settlement space. The causes in spatial evolution of rural settlement resulting from the impact of urbanization are urban expansion, labor mobility between urban and rural areas, industry structural changes, infrastructure construction, and people conceptual changes. According to the differences about rural settlement trends and features of the urban-rural spatial evolution, rural settlement spatial evolution can be summarized into three types, such as initiative, passiveness and negative. The features of each type were analyzed.
