Analysis of the Forming of Rural Leaders for Becoming Rich Based on Dynamic Competence Theory

运用Teece提出的动态能力概念,分析农村致富带头人成长过程中的能力形成过程,探讨农村致富带头人能力形成的动态性和能力形成的主要方式,并根据动态能力理论指出当前新农村建设过程中加强农民技能培训,提高广大农民的能力,特别是农村致富带头人的能力对促进农业产业结构调整和农村经济发展的重要性。

Using Teece dynamic competence theory, the process, dynamic, the main modes of the forming of competence of Rural Leaders for Becoming Rich were analyzed. And then the author gave some suggestions about the farmers education and training.
