摘要
采用多元回归的方法对我国贫困地区农村居民膳食质量水平的影响因素进行了分析,结果表明,收入水平和食物消费水平对我国贫困人口膳食质量水平影响显著;其次是家庭规模和劳动力受教育程度,这2个因素主要从食物消费结构和消费观念的角度对我国贫困地区膳食质量水平产生正面影响。
The research analyzes the factors that influence farmers' dietary quality level in poor regions of our country with the multiple regression method. The result shows that income and food consumption have a great influence on farmers' dietary quality level, and family scale and education level are the secondly factors, which act from the consumption structure and consumption ideas points respectively.
