树形大分子/聚苯乙烯纳米粒子的制备 被引量:1

摘要 将树形大分子DAB-32通过酰氯化改性,制成树形大分子引发剂(DAB-32-Cl),成功地进行了苯乙烯原子转移自由基聚合。利用透射电子显微镜(TEM)和原子力显微镜(AFM)观察所制备树形大分子/聚苯乙烯复合聚合物的形态结构。研究发现所制备树形大分子/聚苯乙烯复合聚合物呈球形结构,粒径小于100nm、大小分布较为均一。 The macroinitiator DAB-32-C1 was successfully synthesized by the acylhalogenated modifying of dendrimer's external groups using 2-chloropropanoyl chloride as acylhalogenated reagents. Then the atom transfer radical polymerization of St was carried out in DMF media, the dendrimer/PSt nanoparticles could be prepared using DAB-32-C1 as macroinitiator, CuCl as catalyst and 2, 2' -bipyridine(bpy) as ligand. The morphology and size were represented by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), the formed film of dendrimer/PSt dispersion was characterized by atom force microscopy (AFM). It has been found that the dendrimer/PSt nanoparticle was smaller than 100nm, and the size of the nanoparticle was uniform.
