准球形硅微粉在第二代环氧建筑结构胶的应用

The application of the quasi ball-silicon power in the second epoxy resin building structure adhesives

用黏度与力学性测定研究了准球形硅微粉对第二代环氧建筑结构胶的影响,结果表明与用普通角型硅微粉相比,相同加入量时用准球形硅微粉所制胶液的黏度低得多、达到相同黏度时的加入量高得多,相同加入量时用准球形硅微粉所制胶的剪切强度、拉伸强度都有明显的提高,而压缩强度变化不大。

By the viscosity and mechanical properties test the effect of the quasi ball-silicon power on the second epoxy resin building structure adhesives was studied. The results show that the epoxy resin with the quasi ball-silicon power displays lower viscosity, higher shear strength and tensile strength to contrast with the common silicon power.
