摘要
研究表明,我国财政性教育投入总量1978年前发展缓慢,波幅较大,1978年后持续快速发展。通过岭回归和面板数据回归分析,发现教育投入受到GDP、财政收入、财政支出、居民储蓄存款余额影响较大,教育投入总额增长更受益于财政支出的增长。教育投入在结构上呈现“三升三降”的特点。教育投入在省际间存在重大差异,特别是财政性教育经费占GDP比重,最高省份是最低省份的3.7倍多。
A study shows that our financial investment developed slowly and with fluctuation before 1978, and developed faster later on. Through Ridge regression and panel data regression, it is found that educational investment is influenced remarkably by GDP, financial income, financial expenditure, and surplus of residents deposits, and that the increase of total educational investment benefits from the increase of financial expenditure. The educational investment structure shows a feature of“three up and three down”. The investment has large disparities among provinces in our country, especially in the percentage of the GDP. The highest province is around 3.7 times as big as the lowest one.
