摘要
针对多指标综合评价的实际问题,综合运用灰色理论和模糊数学理论,提出了一种新的定性与定量相结合的灰色模糊决策方法,并给出了相关参数的确定方法.特别地,文中在确定评价指标的权重时,在传统的层次分析法基础上进行改进提出了一种新方法——带有专家可信度的非线性优化层次分析法.
A new grey fuzzy decision-making method with qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis is proposed based on the grey theory and fuzzy mathematics theory for the practical problem of multiindex comprehensive evaluation, and the method for determining interrelated parameter is given. Especially, a kind of non-linear optimization analytic hierarchy process (AHP) with experts reliability on the basis of the traditional AHP is proposed, and it is a new method for determining the evaluation indexes weights.
