摘要
甲醇合成催化剂使用寿命短、总产量低是影响齐鲁石化公司第二化肥厂甲醇装置达标和高效运行的一大难题。通过对催化剂进行剖析研究,找到了甲醇催化剂使用寿命短的原因,采取了包括提高原料气净化度、优化工艺操作条件、优选甲醇催化剂并改进装填方案等三大技术改进措施,使甲醇催化剂使用寿命短。
The problems of short lifetime of methanol synthetic catalyst and low total methanol output affected the methanol plant of NO.2 Fertilizer Factory reaching its quotas and high efficient operation.Through analysis,we found the reasons of that problems and adopted three technical innovations which include improving the purity of the raw gas,optimizing process operation conditions,using optimal methanol catalyst and modifying catalyst charging method.By these measures,the problems of short lifetime of the catalyst and low total output has been initially solved.
