取渊汤治疗儿童急性鼻窦炎36例临床观察

Quyuan Decoction for acute sinusitis in children of 36 cases

目的:观察取渊汤治疗小儿急性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法:选择2004年8月至2006年5月我院门诊收治的急性鼻窦炎患儿36例,以取渊汤为基础方进行加减,应用辨证论治思维对症选药,观察7d,并统计疗效。结果:显效19例,有效14例,无效3例,总有效率达91.67%。结论:应用取渊汤治疗小儿急性鼻窦炎疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the effects of Quyuan Decoction cured the acute sinusitis in children. Methods：Having choosen 36 inpatients of acute sinusitis who were in our department from March 2002 to May 2006. We have had choosing Quyuan Decoction as basic recipe and depending on dialectical treatment thinking suit the remedy to the case. Observed for 7 days and the inpatients had drawn a contrast remedy before and after treatment. Results： 19 cases were rated as excellent, 14 were good and 3 were poor. The total effective rates were 91.67 %. Conclusion： It is effective by applying Quyuan Decoction to cure the acute sinusitis in children.
