Computation Analysis of Informationization Level of Cities in Ningxia

现阶段宁夏的城市信息化整体水平与全国平均水平相比较,差距为29个百分点。制约宁夏城市信息化发展的关键性要素是:在线数据库和WWW站点拥有率太低;金融环境与现代市场经济、知识经济的发展不相适应;现代信息产业规模过小;城市居民信息消费水平过低。

Compared with the average of the whole nation, the level of informationization in Ningxia cities is 29 percent lower at present. The key factors preventing informationization are as follows： the owning ratio of linear databank and WWW websites are too low; the financial environment, modern market economy and development of knowledge economy are incompatible; the scale of modern information industry is small; the information consumption of urban citizens is too low.
