摘要
三氟化硼-苯甲醚的分解反应是三氟化硼-苯甲醚络合物化学交换精馏法分离硼同位素不可缺少的步骤。由于三氟化硼-苯甲醚络合物分解过程中伴随苯甲醚的分解,使过程变得复杂,文中理论分析了苯甲醚分解的原因,用逆流多级串联装置研究了分解反应,并用高效液相色谱对产物进行分析;为获得反应的最佳操作条件,测定了反应时间和温度对络合物分解反应的影响,并分析了产生这种结果的原因。结果表明,当反应时间为0.5—1 h、温度为150℃时产物中苯甲醚的质量分数可达到97%以上,从而使络合物完全分解而苯甲醚最小程度的分解,确保了整个分离系统的正常连续运转。
The decomposition reaction of the complex anisole · BF3 is indispensable during the separation of boron-10 isotopes by chemical isotope exchange distillation between BF3 and the complex anisole · BF3. As the decomposition of anisole, the process becomes complicated. The reasons of decomposition of anisole were described and the decomposition reaction of the complex anisole · BF3 was researched by using countercurrent multistage equipment in series and the decomposition product was analyzed by using high performance liquid chromatography. In order to achieve the optimal condition, the influence of reaction temperature and time on the decomposition reaction of the complex was investigated, and also the reason of this result was analyzed. The results show that the mass fraction of anisole in the product can be over 97% at 0. 5-1 h and 150 ℃. At this condition, complex anisole · BF3 can decompose completely while decomposition of anisole reaches the minimum, thus ensuring the whole system running safely and continuously.
