CO_2压缩机汽轮机油封漏油原因及措施

REASONS FOR OIL LEAKING FROM THE OIL SEAL OF CO_2 COMPRESSOR TURBINE AND THE COUNTERMEASURES

针对大氮肥装置尿素ＣＯ_２压缩机驱动汽轮机前后油封存在一定程度的漏油现象，结合多年的实际观察及分析总结的实践经验，提出并且实施了从结构上对汽轮机前后油封的改进方案，使汽轮机前后油封的漏油状况有一个好的转机，实践证明经过这些合理的改进后，汽轮机前后油封的泄油量能够控制在设想值，收到较理想的效果。

In Dongting Nitrogenous Fertilizer Plant,the oil seals both back and forth of the drive turbine of urea CO2 compressor leaked oil.In the light of years of practical observation and experience,the author suggested a schedule of modifying the structures of the seals in the turbine and put it into effect.It was proved by the practice that after the modification the oil leaking from the oil seals was controlled under an assumed value, hence the modification achieved an ideal effect.
