摘要
采用正交实验法确定从盐生植物—盐地碱蓬中提取黄酮类化合物的最佳方案,即通过对乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取温度、提取时间四因素三水平的选择实验,得出最佳提取条件。结果表明,乙醇体积浓度为65%,乙醇质量体积为15倍,提取温度为75℃,提取时间为4h,提取工艺条件最好。
The optimum process of exeracting total flavonoids from Suaeda salsa was selected by orthogonal experiment design. The orthogonal test was employed to test the effects of the four factors including concentration of alcohol, volume of alcohol, temperature and time of extraction on total flavonoid contents. The results showed the optimum extracting conditions of total flavonoids were alcohol concentration 65%, adding alcohol volume 12 times, extracting temperature 75℃ ,extracting time 1 h.
