摘要
学校发展涉及五类利益关系人:政府、学生、家长、社区和教职工。学校发展的需要与利益主体需要二者之间价值取向冲突就构成学校发展需要解决的基本矛盾。学校只有满足具有资源的利益主体的需要,才可能持续获得学校发展所需要的资源。因此,学校发展不仅仅要考虑学校自身对资源的需要,还必须考虑利益主体的需要。
Institutional development has five major types of stakeholders: government, student, parent, community, and faculty and staff. The fundamental issue for institutional development is to tackle the conflict between institutional demands and stakeholder demands. As the stakeholders are the institution's resource suppliers, the institution needs not only attends to its own resources demand but also the demands of its stakeholders.
