摘要
对教师工作的绩效评估在一些本科院校人力资源管理中已经取得了成功的经验,然而对专科学校教师工作绩效评估问题却呈现出方兴未艾之势。本文从专科学校教师工作绩效评估的原因入手,深入分析了专科学校教师工作绩效的特殊性,并在此基础上提出了“双师型”目标导向的绩效评估体系,同时也对评估主体的选择和评估结果反馈进行了论述。
