摘要
目的:观察电磁场(EMFs)对去势(绝经)后大鼠骨质疏松症的影响.方法:20只雌性SD大鼠行双侧卵巢切除术建立骨质疏松动物模型,随机分为两组(n=10):实验组每日电磁场辐照6h(8×10-4T,15Hz),对照组饲养环境相同,但不暴磁.12wk后,对血清骨钙素、骨密度以及生物力学等参数进行检测.结果:与对照组相比,实验组骨密度、最大载荷及结构刚度均有增加(P<0.05),血清骨钙素(BGP)水平减少(P<0.05).结论:EMFs有益于骨质疏松症的预防和治疗.
AIM: To study the effects of electromagnetic fields (EMFs) on osteoporosis in ovariectomized ( postmenopausal ) rats. METHODS: The osteoporotic models were established in 20 female SD rats by bilateral ovariectumy and then divided into 2 groups (n = 10). The experimental group was exposed to 15 Hz EMFs (8 × 10^-4 T, 6 h / d), and the control group was not exposed to EMFs. All the animals were raised in the same conditions and killed at 12 th week after operation. The changes in serum bone carboxyglutamic acid-containing protein ( BGP), bone mineral density (BMD) and biomechanical properties were examined. RESULTS: Compared with control group, BMD, maximum load and structural rigidity in experimental group were significantly increased ( P 〈 0. 05 ), and serum BGP were decreased obviously ( P 〈 0. 05 ). CONCLUSION: EMFs is helpful to the treatment and prevention of osteoporosis.
