摘要
目的:探讨升高咬合对青春期大鼠髁突软骨改建的影响.方法:5周龄雄性SD大鼠40只,随机分为对照组和实验组(双侧后牙板升高咬合).实验组与对照组动物分别在7,14,21及28d时各取5只大鼠处死.取其右侧髁突作组织学HE染色观察,并采用计算机辅助图像分析系统对其软骨厚度进行定量分析.结果:实验7,14d时,实验组髁突软骨厚度相比对照组变薄,28d时髁突软骨后部明显增厚(P<0.05).结论:咬合升高可以引起大鼠髁突软骨的适应性改建.
AIM: To investigate the influences of ecclusal vertical rising on condylar cartilage remodeling in adolescent rats. METHODS: Forty five-week-old male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 20 ) and control group (n=20). Animals in experimental group were fitted with an upper posterior bite rising splints on their upper molars. The animals of experimental group, together with their matched controis, were sacrificed 7, 14 , 21 and 28 d after the appliance insertion (n = 5/group each time). Sections were cut from right condyles and stained with HE, and the thickness of condylar cartilage was measured by using a computer-assisted image analysis system. RESULTS: In comparison with control group, 7 and 14 d after the appliance insertion, the condyle cartilage thickness decreased significantly in the experimental group; 28 d after the appliance insertion, the thickness in the posterior region increased significantly in the experimental group ( P 〈 0.05 ). CONCLUSION: The occlusal vertical rising could lead to adaptive remodeling of condyle cartilage in adolescent rats.
