Clinical Study on Cleft Lip and Cleft Palate: Report of 178 Cases

目的:回顾性分析178例唇腭裂患者临床资料,为唇腭裂的临床诊断和治疗提供理论支持。方法:对178例唇腭裂患者的一般情况、手术途径及疗效、中耳功能、免疫功能的改变等进行比较分析。结果:178例患者术后均顺利恢复。其中,21例腭裂患者术后体液免疫指标有显著提高;并且多数腭裂患者伴发传导性耳聋。结论:肌功能的修复对恢复唇腭裂患者外形及功能效果好。腭裂修复术能改善患者体液免疫。

Objective： To analysis the clinical data of 178 cases of cleft lip and cleft palate, in order to provide more information on the diagnosis and therapy for these malformation. Methods： General situation, surgical approach and curative effect, function of middle ear, immune ability of 178 cases with cleft lip or palate was evaluated. Result： All of these 178 cases recovered smoothly. Humoral immunity of 21 cleft palate cases pre- and post-operation were compared, and appoaed significant difference. Further more, the acoustic impedance examination showed most cleft palate patients accompanied with conductive deafness. Conclusion： Myofunctional reparation of labial-plasty and palatoplasty is good for morphology and function recovery. Palatoplasty could improve the humour immunity and middle ear function.
