摘要
电动机实际运行时,电流一般是随负载和电网电压的改变而变化的,因此,电动机稳定温度也是变化的。如何计算电动机的温度一直是学术界和工程界研究的热点和难点。在充分考虑热积累和负序电流效应的前提条件下,通过求解热平衡微分方程的方法,研究了电动机运行过程中的任意时刻的温度变化情况,模拟出电动机的温度实际变化过程,为过载保护提供了依据。
During actual operation of electric motor, the electric current is generally variable by the changes of the load and the main voltage, so, the electric motor equilibrium temperature is also variable. How to accurately calculate temperature of electric motor is always the hot spot and difficulty that has been researching by the scientific and engineering community. Fully considering the hot accumulation and the negative sequence electric current, using the combined heat balance differential equation methods, the situation of arbitrary time temperature changing in the electric motor operation process was studied, the temperature actual change process of the electric motor was simulated to provide the basis for the over-load protection.
