摘要
对双硫腙目视比色法快速测定茶叶中的微量铅的准确度、萃取时溶液的酸度和共存元素干扰等因素进行了探讨。测定结果的相对偏差(Dr)<5%,其相对标准偏差(RSD)<2.5%,可满足国家标准的限量要求,是一种准确而快捷测定微量铅的方法。
The accuracy of rapidly determining trace lead in tea-leaf by the visual colorimetry of dithizone is studied. And the acidity of solution during extraction and the glitch of coexisting ions are investigated. The relative deviation （Dr） of determination result is 〈 5%, and the relative standard deviation （RSD） is 〈2.5%, which meets the limit requirement of the national standard. It＇ s a rapid, accurate and efficient method of determining trace lead.
