绿色建筑评估体系对建筑节能管理的启示 被引量:7

Inspiration to Building Energy Conservation Management from World-famous Green Building Assessment Systems

摘要 通过对NABERS、BREEAM、LEED、GBTOOL、CASBEE和中国绿色建筑评估标准的对比分析,指出建筑的节能管理是国外成熟的绿色建筑评估体系中比较重要的内容,而在我国还需要对此予以足够的重视。特别是针对既有建筑改造的评估,将建筑节能管理纳入主要的评估内容,不仅可以促进我国的评估体系与国外接轨,更重要的是可以提高我国建筑节能管理水平,提升物业管理单位节能文化,促进节能建筑和建筑的可持续化发展。 Through comparison and analysis to NABERS. BREEAM. LEED. GBTOOL. CASBEE and Chinese Green Building Assessment criteria, the result shows that building energy efficiency management plays an important role in world-famous green building assessment systems, which need be payed more attention in China. Especially in building energy efficiency assessment system for existing building reconstruction, this assessment will not only improve national assessment system to connect with other countries, but also highlight the energy-efficiency culture of property management department, which will help to keep energy-efficiency buildings running in better performance for longer period.
