摘要
在环氧树脂胶粘涂层中加入填料,可提高其耐磨粒磨损性能。配制四种不同的胶粘涂层,通过改变磨料的粒度和磨损行程对其进行磨粒磨损性能测试。推荐了具有较好耐磨粒磨损能力的环氧树脂纳米胶粘涂层的最佳配方,为其在胶粘领域推广应用积累基础数据。
It can improve the performance of grain abrasion,as put fillers into epoxy resin. In this paper, four kinds of epoxy bond coating were obtained,the character of grain abrasion with alter particle's size and wear distance were researched. Finally, the best prescript of nano epoxy bond coating is recommended.The basic data are recommended for the aim of usage in bonding field.
