摘要
在一般的手算设计方法中,轴心受压柱截面的选择往往要经过数次尺寸调整后才能通过截面验算,且所得截面很难达到既用料最省又满足施工要求的最优截面。推导出了符合设计条件的长细比的迭代计算公式,编写了相应的轴心受压柱截面优化计算机程序。算例表明,用该程序优化设计的钢轴心受压柱可比手算法节省钢10%左右。
In the traditional design method, the selection of the cross-section of steel axial compression columns often requires several-time size regulations to pass the checking computations. The optimum sections with minimum steel consumption and satisfying construction requirements are rarely acquired in the final results. The paper deduces the iterative calculation formulas of slenderness ratio matching the design conditions, and presents the corresponding computer programs of cross-section optimization for the axial compression columns. Examples show that about 10% steel can be saved with the computer programs introduced in this paper than with those designed by hand calculation method.
