急性闭角型青光眼患者社会相关因素的调查分析

The Investigation of the Relationship between Society Correlation Factor and the Acute Angle- closed Glaucoma

目的调查分析社会相关因素与急性闭角型青光眼患者发病的关系，探讨社会支持系统健康教育对防治该病的意义。对象为50例急性闭角型青光眼患者（acute ACG）和50例老年性白内障患者（age-related cataract）。方法采用艾森克个性问卷（EPQ）、症状自评量表（SCL-90）、生活事件量表（LES）为研究工具，进行病例对照研究。结果acute ACG组的EPQ、SCL-90总分及LES总值均显著高于对照组。结论社会相关因素与acute ACG的发病存在相关联系，其主要表现为acute ACG患者A型性格倾向的人格特征及发病前过多的社会相关因素的刺激和对社会相关因素的反应过于强烈。

Objective Analysis the relationship between society correlation factor and the acute angle - closed glaucoma , and investigate the significance of health education of the society support system. Participants 50 examples of acute angle - closed glaucoma patient （ACG） and 50 examples d age - related cataract. Methods Case control studies are carried out by using Eysenck individuality Examination table （EPQ）, the symptom from Appraisal table （SCL-90） and the life event meter （LES） . Results The records of Eysenek individuality Examination table （EPQ）, the symptom from Appraisal table （SCL- 90） and the life event meter （LES） of he acute angle - closed glaucoma patients are higher than the age - related cataract patients. Conclusion The society correlation factor are higher correlated with acute ACG, A disposition tendency personality characteristic and the excessively many societies correlation factor to stimulate and too intensely responded to the society correlation factor are mainly manifestation of acute ACG patients.
