护理干预对慢性乙型肝炎患者抗病毒治疗依从性的影响

The Effects of Nursing Intervention on Antivirus Therapeutic Compliance of Chronic Hepatitis B Patient

目的探讨护理干预对慢性乙型肝炎患者抗病毒治疗依从性的影响。方法将100例使用干扰素和／或拉米夫定抗病毒治疗的慢性乙型肝炎患者按病例来诊先后顺序随机分成实验组和对照组各50例。实验组实施一系列护理干预，对照组则不予干预。于疗程结束后分别对2组患者进行遵医行为调查。结果护理干预前，两组患者治疗依从性比较无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；护理干预后，两组比较有统计学意义（P〈0．01），实验组治疗依从性明显高于对照组。结论护理干预可提高慢性乙型肝炎患者抗病毒治疗的依从性。

Objective To explore influence of antivirus therapeutic compliance of chronic hepatitis B patient with nursing intervention. Methods 100 patients with chronic hepatitis B, who were treated by IFN and （or） lamivudine, were divided into test group and contrast group randomly according to their order of hospitalization, there were 50 cases in these 2 groups. The test group was carried out a series of nursing intervention , and contrast group was not , two groups was investigated after treatment. Results There is no significant differences therapeutic compliance before nursing intervention between the test group and the contrast group （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, while significant differences was found after nursing intervention （ P 〈 0. 01 ） . The therapeutic compliance in the test group was higher than that of the contrast group. Conclusion Using nursing intervention was an effective method for raising the therapeutic compliance of patients with chronic hepatitis B.
