Russia and China are connected not only by extensive frontiers, but also via comprehensive partnership. From my point of view, the model of economic development,which is being carried out in China today, is worth maximal attention. Knowing that in the recent years investments was one of the key engines of the Chinese economics development, we are extremely interested in your experience of widening the investments. It is not an ipse dixit. One of the main directions in the program for the reform of municipal services is the creation of favorable enviromnent for investments.
