基于DEA算法的高等学校工科院(系)规模效益综合评价应用研究

本文简要介绍了DEA方法的特点,阐述了高等学校工科院(系)规模效益评价中引入DEA方法的可行性。在对高校工科院(系)投入、产出分析的基础上,建立了高校工科院(系)规模效益评价指标体系。建立了高等学校工科院(系)规模效益DEA评价模型,并对高等学校工科院(系)的DEA技术有效性、规模有效性、规模收益、非DEA有效进行了详细分析,指出了造成非有效的原因,并据此改进为DEA有效的决策单元。

This article which is based on the DEA methods has established the dimensions and benefit estimation model for colleges of university. It has established the estimation index system according to the multi - input and multi - output feature of the decision - making unit. It has analyzed the validity of technique and dimensions of DMU by using the benefit and dimensions estimation model. And it has also put forward some valuable improved suggestions of invalid DMU.
