Design Model of Government Decision Support System Based on Petri Net

政府决策支持系统是政府直接为企业和公众提供服务的一个平台,也是政府实现科学管理和整合业务流程的关键,是电子政务的重要组成部分。Petri网作为一种系统分析和建模工具,特别适合于描述并发和分布式系统。利用Petri网技术构建政府决策支持系统,能够有效地分析系统设计的静态结构和动态特性,提高系统开发效率。本文提出了基于Petri网技术的政府决策支持系统设计模型,分析了系统结构和工作过程,模型自适应性和鲁棒性好。

Government decision support system is an important portion of e- govemment, which is a plaffonn of the govemment to provide services to the enterprises and citizens, as well as a key to realize scientific management and reengineer the business process. As a system analysis and modeling tool, the Petri Net, is specially suitable to describe the concurrent and distributed system. The application of Petri Net into govemment decision support system can analyze static structure and dynamic characteristic of the system design, and improve the efficiency of system exploitation. The design model of government decision support system based on Petri Net is proposed in this paper, and system structure as well as working process is analyzed finally. The self- adaptability and robusticity of our design model is well.
