网格化管理原则及网格结构模型研究

Research on the Model and Principle of Griddized Management

网格技术的产生为网格化管理带来了启示,但至今仍未出现规范的网格化管理原则及网格结构模型,本文则试图对其进行探索。文中阐述了网格化管理所应当遵循的基本原则,提出了一种旨在改进传统“递阶结构”局限的“网格结构”模型,最后,对模型进行了实例说明。

The development of Grid Technology has brought about some enlightenment for Griddized Management, but the standard model and principle of it has not appeared yet, and that is what we want to discuss in this paper. This paper elaborates the basic principles that should be followed within Griddized Management, and brings forward one ＂Griddized Management Model＂ with the purpose to offset the shortcoming of traditional ＂hierarchy model＂. This paper will be ended by taking an illustrative explanation of the model based on the empirical investigation on Griddized Management practice of Changning district, Shanghai.
