摘要
为了实现空间任意轨迹精细加工的智能化,针对金属板材,设计了防水型、非接触式电涡流传感器,并将其应用于水射流切割机器人系统。从研究电涡流传感器的数学模型出发,分析线圈参数对传感器性能的影响,线圈截面形状采用倒梯形,并提出行之有效的最优化设计方法,提高了传感器的线性测量范围。经实际生产过程的验证,系统切割误差小、响应速度快、定位精度和生产效率高、系统工作稳定。
To achieve intelligential precision machining of arbitrary space orbit, a eddy current sensor with waterproof type and no contact is designed in view of sheet metal, and eddy current sensor is applied to water jet cutting robot system. Eddy current sensor research from the mathematical model, performance of the sensor coil parameters is analyzed, the shape of coil section is inverse trapezoid and the design of an effective optimization method is advanced, the linear measurement range of sensor is improved. Experimental results show that the cutting error of this system is small, the speed of response is quick, the pointing precision and the production efficiency are high, and system work is stable.
