济南炼油厂多年来注意水的综合利用，１９９４年初对污水处理场外排水进行补充循环水的实验，取得成功。首开利用污水净化水补充循环水的先例．
For many years Jinan Refinery studys comprehensive utilization of wastewater. Experements, that the water from treatment works of wastewater was added to circulated water were succeeded early 1994 and it is first in China.
