摘要 目的观察乳腺癌组织中DcR3的表达,探讨DcR3的表达与乳腺癌浸润和转移的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测41例乳腺癌、18例乳腺良性疾病和15例乳腺正常组织中DcR3蛋白的表达,并进行MVD计数。结果乳腺癌组织中DcR3阳性表达率为61%,DcR3的表达与有无淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。乳腺良性疾病和乳腺正常组织中无阳性表达。DcR3表达阳性的乳腺癌组织MVD高于阴性组织(P<0.05)。结论DcR3在乳腺癌组织中表达增高,特别在伴有淋巴结转移的癌组织中表达增高。DcR3的表达与乳腺癌的发生、发展以及血管生成和转移有关。 [Objective] To observe the expression of decoy receptor 3 (DcR3) in breast cancer and investigate the correlation between the.expression of DcR3 and the infiltration and metastasis in breast cancer. [Methods] The expression of DcR3 was examined by immunohistochemistry with SP staining method in 41 cases of breast cancer, 18 cases of breast benign lesion and 15 cases of breast normal tissue. Microvessel density (MVD) was counted by endothelial cells immunostained using monoclonal antibody CD105. [Results] The positive rate of expression of DcR3 was 61% in breast cancer, the expression of DcR3 was correlated with lymph node metastasis (P 〈0.05). No expression of DcR3 was detected in breast benign lesions and breast normal tissues. MVD in positive DcR3 expression breast cancer tissues was higher than that of negative DcR3 (P 〈0.05). [Conclusions] The expression of DcR3 increased in breast cancer, especially in breast cancer with lymph node metastasis. The expression of DcR3 is closely related to breast cancer origination, progression and angiogenesis, metastasis.
