肝损伤的非手术治疗(附32例报告)

Non-operative management for liver trauma (report of 32 cases)

目的探讨肝损伤非手术治疗的临床经验及适应证。方法回顾性分析该院20年来收治的32例肝损伤行非手术治疗的临床资料。结果32例病例全部治愈,其中1例中转开腹,无死亡病例及并发症。结论在严密监测的情况下循环稳定无其他脏器合并伤的肝外伤,可考虑非手术治疗。非手术治疗中注意病情变化,及时中转手术。

[ Objective ] To investigate the clinical experiences and indications of non-operative management for liver trauma. [Methods] The clinical date of 32 cases of liver trauma treated by non-operation from 1985 to 2005 were retrospectively analyzed. [Results] All the 32 patients were all cured, among which 1 patient underwent operation. No dead cases and implication occured. [ Conclusions ] We can use nonoperation therapy when the patients have no severe injury of other organs. When the disease condition changed more severe, immediate speration is needed.
